What you'll need to succeed

• QTS and solid experience working in Early Years settings
• A flexible mindset and readiness to adapt to different school environments
• Strong communication skills to connect with children and staff alike
• Confidence in delivering the EYFS curriculum and managing daily routines
• Previous experience in Nursery or Reception within a primary school
