Your new role
As a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting children in their crucial early stages of development. You’ll work alongside experienced educators to create a nurturing, stimulating environment that encourages learning through play, exploration, and creativity. Roles range from general classroom support to working one-on-one with children who need additional help.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised EYFS or TA qualification (Level 2 or above is essential)
• Experience working within an early years setting
• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication skills and a team mindset
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
