Hays are looking for EYFS Primary Teachers in and around Clitheroe, Nelson, Colne, Barnoldswick and surrounding areas.

Your new role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in Nursery or Reception.
  • Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional and social growth.
  • Use the EYFS framework to plan, assess, and track pupil progress.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure each child thrives.
  • Promote play-based learning and early literacy/numeracy skills.
This role offers flexibility with full-time and part-time options available across a variety of early years settings.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Experience teaching in EYFS (Nursery or Reception).
  • A nurturing, creative, and child-focused approach.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Right to work in the UK
