EYFS Practitioner in Waltham Forest, East London. Competitive Salary!

Location: Waltham Forest
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (Scale 3)
Contract: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week, Term Time only (39 weeks per year)
Start Date: January 2026

About the Role

This primary school in Waltham Forest is looking for a dedicated EYFS Practitioner. The role is full-time, term-time only, with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups.
•Work flexibly across the Early Years Foundation Stage to meet the needs of pupils.
•Model excellent behaviour management skills and promote positive learning environments.
•Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards and excellent outcomes for pupils.
•Contribute to the school’s ethos of partnership, motivation, and success.

What We’re Looking For

•A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification compliant with DfE EYFS statutory requirements (must appear on the DfE Early Years Qualifications List).
•High standards with a proven ability to demonstrate excellent outcomes for pupils.

•Strong team-working skills and the ability to thrive in diverse teams.
