EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant Eccleston

Your new role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing EYFS setting in Eccleston. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in their earliest stages of development, while making a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to deliver planned activities and adapt learning to meet individual needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum and develop key skills.
  • Assist with personal care routines, including nappy, toileting and hygiene, with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families, contributing to a warm and collaborative school culture.
  • Monitor progress and contribute to observations and assessments to support children's development.
  • Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and follow school policies at all times.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of safeguarding
  • DBS
  • Experience in an early years/nursery setting
  • Level 3 Early Years Assistant Qualification
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Compassionate and patient
