Your new role

• Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities
• Assisting with personal care needs (nappy changing)
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to support individual learning plans
• Supporting children with SEN in the classroom
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 2 or above qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a related field
• Experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally with SEN exposure
• Comfortable and confident providing personal care
• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full right to work in the UK
• An up to date Overseas Police Check if you have been living outside of the UK
