Hays Education is currently recruiting EYFS / KS1 Teaching Assistants to work on an agency basis in welcoming primary schools across South Warwickshire. This role is ideal for passionate and reliable individuals looking for flexible work while making a positive impact on early education.

Your new role

• Support pupils within Early Years and Key Stage 1 classrooms

• Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and development

• Assist class teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities

• Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

• Support children with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and personal development

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with EYFS and/or KS1 children (school or nursery setting)

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach

• Good understanding of the EYFS framework or KS1 curriculum

• Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude
