With increasing demand from local schools, we are looking to expand our team of passionate and flexible EYFS/KS1 supply teachers who are committed to delivering excellent classroom practice.

Your new role
As an EYFS/KS1 Supply Teacher, you will work across a variety of primary schools in the Taunton area, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support children’s early learning and development. You may work on pre‑planned lessons or contribute your own creative ideas, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for younger learners. Roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, allowing you to choose assignments that suit your schedule.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1
• Strong understanding of early child development and phonics
• A flexible, enthusiastic, and child‑centred approach
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Hays
