Global Clinical Systems Business Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Clinical Systems Business Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role sits within the business organisation and focusses on enabling efficient clinical operations through optimal use of technology solutions. You will play a key role in global cross-functional projects, ensuring systems meet operational needs and deliver maximum value to end users.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in global, cross-functional project teams, providing expertise and compiling user requirements for systems supporting:
Study start-up
Monitoring
Clinical Trial Management
Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) activities
Develop expert knowledge of relevant applications and advise on optimal
Utilisation:
Recommend business rules and system policies/procedures
Perform administration tasks for key tools
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation
Manage quality checks and housekeeping activities
Develop and deliver system training and support events
Collaborate with process experts to define feature roadmaps
Analyse reporting options to support operational plan compliance
Drive troubleshooting for escalated system issues
Identify opportunities for application improvements and propose innovative
solutions

Key Skills & Experience

Strong project management skills with experience leading impactful global initiatives Broad understanding of global clinical operations processes and ability to translate these into integrated system solutions

Effective technical and analytical skills for issue resolution and process

Desired Skills

Veeva Vault Clinical or similar clinical systems

6-month initial contract, based in Reading (Inscope)
