Your new role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting a team of expert financial planners and ensure clients receive outstanding service. Key responsibilities will include preparing client review packs for advisers, conducting product research to support advisers in providing clients with the best financial solutions, processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals, ensuring client transactions are completed in a timely manner, ensuring FCA compliance requirements are adhered to, maintaining the CRM system (Intelligent Office).
