  • Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Support Partners in managing the team, including recruitment, appraisals, and mentoring junior staff.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events, building strong networks internally and externally.

What We’re Looking For:
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience in expatriate tax.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality advisory services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK employment tax and international mobility issues.
  • Experience managing client relationships at senior levels and developing new business opportunities.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing junior team members.

What’s in It for You?

  • Flexible and agile working arrangements.
  • Clear career progression pathways and professional development support.
