Executive Assistant – £35,500 YO26 Hybrid Working

Are you a highly organised, tech-savvy Executive Assistant with knowledge of governance? We’re seeking an exceptional EA to support the Chief Operating Officer and wider Executive Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your new role

  • Provide high-level PA support, including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Set up and manage virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams and Zoom, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Minute complex meetings and collate detailed notes from Board and Committee sessions.
  • Create and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate agendas, papers, and logistics for Board, Sub-Committee, and Executive meetings.
  • Support wider operations teams with project coordination, expenses, and hospitality arrangements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at director level in a busy, professional setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement and collaborative working.
