Executive Assistant opportunity to support the executive team

Your new role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team, enabling leaders to operate efficiently across a fast‑paced, innovative pharmaceutical environment.

Executive Support
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to senior executives, including diary management, inbox oversight and preparation of briefing materials
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring leaders are fully prepared with the right information and agendas.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries and logistical planning for domestic and international business requirements
Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Prepare high‑quality documents, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Support coordination of leadership activities and cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with company standards
  • Ensure the executive office operates efficiently, identifying opportunities for process improvements
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft communications, meeting summaries and follow‑up actions when required
Project & Strategy Support
  • Assist with project tracking, status reporting and organisation of strategic planning sessions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities that support the company's mission to deliver high‑quality medicines efficiently and innovatively

What you'll need to succeed

Essential
  • Prior EA/PA experience supporting senior leadership or executives
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency with MS Office and business systems
Desirable
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sectors
  • Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organisation
