Interim Executive Assistant - 3-month assignment - Slough
Your new company
A global pharma business in Slough is looking for an Interim Executive Assistant to join the team. This is a 3-month temporary position, covering sickness. Situated in modern offices, you will support multiple stakeholders at Senior Management level. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm and hybrid working is offered (2 days a week in the office).
In this role you will support a number of stakeholders (both field and office-based), supporting with day-to-day administration and secretarial tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing agendas, documents and presentations
- Taking minutes and following up on actions
- Travel coordination
- Expenses, raising PO's and budget management
