Executive Assistant to the Senior Leadership team

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and intuitive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to senior executives within a fast-paced and evolving organisation. This role calls for a proactive professional who thrives in high-responsibility environments and excels at keeping leadership efficient, informed, and focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential and responsive executive-level support to 3 Directors
  • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and high-level meetings
  • Act as the gatekeeper and liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports to a high standard
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, logistics, and expenses with meticulous attention to detail
  • Lead key projects and initiatives on behalf of leadership, tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Draft high-quality communications and correspondence on behalf of senior executives
  • Participate in board-level meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking action points
  • Maintain a forward view on priorities, anticipating needs and potential challenges
  • Monitor key performance indicators and support leadership in data-driven decision-making
  • Support event planning, VIP visits, and company-wide communications initiatives
What you will need to succeed

  • Proven experience supporting senior-level executives or board members
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure
  • Discreet, professional, and diplomatic with confidential information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate shifting priorities with composure and flexibility
  • Project coordination or operational experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and CRM systems
