Executive Assistant Project Lead - Policy Director - Temporary job 3-6 months
Are you a highly professional and organised individual with exceptional business support and executive assistant experience? We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an Executive Assistant/ Project Lead - Director to join their Business Operations team in Sheffield.

Temporary (3–6 Months) Location: Sheffield City Centre (Hybrid Working 3 days min in office) Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, approx. 9am–5pm) Start Date: Salary:£34,800 - £37,500 dependent on experience.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior executive, supporting high-level decision-making and strategic delivery. You’ll be instrumental in managing complex diaries, coordinating projects, and handling sensitive communications with key stakeholders internally and externally across various organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to a Director in the Executive Leadership Team, enabling effective delivery of organisational priorities.
- Manage complex diary arrangements, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
- Managing agendas and follow-up actions, preparation support for meetings
- Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Director, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with policy development and contribute to briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential office systems and ensure accurate information management.
- Liaise with internal support services
- Support recruitment and procurement processes where required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in executive support, business administration, or policy coordination.
- Must be able to start in October/ November 2025 and commit to 3–6 months requirement (could become longer or a permanent opportunity)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and diary management systems.
- Professional, discreet, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
