Executive Assistant (Sickness Cover 3 Months)

I am partnering with a leading insurance firm based in the City of London to recruit an Interim Executive Assistant on a sickness cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, professional environment and support a busy, high-performing team during a key period.

Your new role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and organisational support within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team, coordinating schedules, meetings, travel and events, while acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Working closely with other Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across the business, you will help facilitate effective communication, coordinate activities and events, and provide high-quality operational support that enables the team to operate efficiently and achieve its objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within a financial services firm
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience managing complex diaries, travel and meeting coordination
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Immediate availability
