You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and events, prepare briefings and presentations, and act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves supporting governance committees, managing budgets, and ensuring the senior leader is fully prepared for strategic and operational priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Substantial experience as an EA or PA, ideally within Education, Higher Education, or cultural/creative sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • High IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint) and confidence in digital systems.
  • A collaborative, professional approach with discretion and sound judgment.
