We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite leaders.

This is a high-profile, fast-moving role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a trusted partner to the C-suite, enabling them to lead effectively across departments and deliver impact at scale.


Your new role


  • Provide high-level executive support to the C-suite, including diary management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and assist with brand, marketing, and communications projects.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns, launches, and key events — often on the ground and in the spotlight.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of priorities.
  • Act as a connector and problem-solver, enabling creativity to thrive while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Provide support across the wider Executive Office, ensuring smooth leadership operations.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders (C-suite, Executive Team, or Board level).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex diaries and anticipate needs.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with high levels of initiative.
  • Experience working within the NHS is a distinct advantage but not essential.
