Due to organisational growth and further expansion, a role has been created for an Executive Assistant.


Your new role

As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of support tasks. Providing excellent servicing to both internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential executive support to senior finance leadership, including diary/email management, correspondence handling, and report preparation.
  • Manage signing processes for company accounts and serve as main liaison with auditors.
  • Support finance-related projects and initiatives to improve operations and customer service.
  • Act as primary contact for board communications; prepare agendas, coordinate papers, and provide minute-taking services for board and committee meetings.
  • Deliver governance platform training and maintain compliance records for board members, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate finance committee operations, including agenda planning, reporting, and regulatory alignment.
  • Liaise with lenders and regulatory bodies; prepare funding documentation and coordinate valuation data.
  • Administer payment systems and compliance processes; act as system administrator for financial platforms.
  • Provide quarterly financial analysis on income and credit card usage; manage business accounts and resolve related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety, equality and diversity, and data protection policies.

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in financial administration
  • Proficiency in producing reports, presentations, and managing complex documentation.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, funders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Familiarity with governance platforms and financial systems
  • Competencies in leadership, innovation, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
