Your new company

This charity has been operating in some capacity for over 200 years locally. They are a diverse organisation that pride themselves on using lived experience to help others. Due to new projects and expanding workload, the team now need an Executive Assistant to support two key figures within the business.

Your new role

Day to day you will schedule meetings for the CEO and COO, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain records for the SMT. You will provide communications both internally and externally, support on recruitment, project plans and support with governance. It’s important you are an ambassador for the charity and uphold and promote the values of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven Executive Assistant experience in a similar role and also be passionate about charity work locally. You will have experience working across cross-functional teams, have great communication and attention to detail skills and be able to work independently in a busy environment.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be offered a temporary to permanent EA role with pay in line with £34,500 - £35,000. There is parking on site and nearby if needed. There is some flexibility to work from home but this is an on site role predominantly.
