Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Location: East Lancashire (Burnley, Blackburn, Accrington, Pendle, Ribble Valley)

What You’ll Typically Be Doing
  • Providing comprehensive 1:1 support to Directors, CEOs, and senior leaders
  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
  • Acting as a key point of contact internally & externally
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting project administration and business operations
  • Problem‑solving, anticipating needs, and enabling leaders to work efficiently
We Want to Hear From EAs With:
  • Proven Executive Assistant, PA, or senior administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Strong organisational ability and a proactive, forward‑thinking approach
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365 / Teams / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in demanding, changing environments
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgement
