Executive Assistant – 6-Month Contract – Investment Banking

Your new role

As an Executive Assistant within the Structured Products Markets division, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactive diary and inbox management
  • Coordination and organisation of internal and external events
  • End‑to‑end travel arrangements
  • Processing and reconciling expenses
  • Providing support with day‑to‑day ad‑hoc requests to ensure seamless team operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook and the wider Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with corporate expense management systems
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented approach
  • A polished, professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
