Job Opportunity: Exams Assistant – Leeds

Location: Leeds
Contract Type: Temporary (via agency)
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00am – 3:30pm)
Pay: Weekly pay

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Exams Assistant to support adult learners during their examinations. This is a long-term, ongoing role, ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and enjoys working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute exam papers and materials to candidates
  • Deliver the exam script clearly and accurately
  • Monitor candidates throughout the exam to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collect and mark completed exam papers
  • Provide candidates with their results, confirming pass or fail outcomes
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a formal exam setting
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to the scheduled hours
  • Previous experience in education or exam invigilation is desirable but not essential.
