You will be working with a network of reputable secondary schools that are committed to delivering a fair, calm and supportive exam environment for all students. Our partner schools span across the local area, and due to increased exam schedules, they are looking to expand their pool of reliable and professional Exam Invigilators.

Your new role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of internal and external examinations. Duties will include:
  • Setting up exam rooms in line with exam board regulations
  • Supervising students throughout exam sessions
  • Ensuring exam conditions are adhered to at all times
  • Distributing and collecting exam papers
  • Providing assistance to students when appropriate (without compromising exam rules)
  • Reporting any issues or irregularities to the Exams Officer
You will be required to complete training. This is mandatory for the role of exam invigilator. This will be provided for you. You may be required for the morning, afternoon, or full‑day exam support, and all bookings will be at a minimum 4‑hour or 6.5 hour booking as opposed to hourly.

Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is beneficial but not essential—full training can be provided for the right candidates.
This job is a temporary position, we will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum, and you will need to be willing to undergo a DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.
