About the Roles
Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support
You’ll work closely with teachers to:
- Support behaviour management in the classroom
- Provide 1:1 support to students who need extra guidance
- Help create a calm, positive learning environment
- Build relationships with young people and act as a trusted adult
Cover Supervisor
You will:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
- Manage the classroom and keep students on task
- Maintain behaviour standards and ensure learning continues
No subject knowledge or teaching experience required – confidence, presence and strong communication skills are what matter most.
