Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and deliver roadshows end‑to‑end across multiple regions
• Support senior stakeholders and client teams with scheduling, planning, and logistics
• Manage event materials, timelines, and communication flows
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Track project progress and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Provide on‑the‑ground support during events and roadshows
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and post‑event evaluations
