Brand Events & Experience Manager

Assignment Type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays
Location: Chichester
Working Environment: Office based on site - hybrid

The Role

What awaits you?

Design and manage central events and continue to evolve the client as a luxury lifestyle brand through global luxury experiences in order to engage with (U)HNWIs. Provide directions for locally / regionally executed events.
Key Accountabilities:

Propose, plan and develop all central events.
Project manage all bespoke event projects to ensure professional planning and execution of all unique events.
Develop, define KPIs, plan and oversee customer and prospect events as required.
Monitor and control individual project expenditure and prospect targets to ensure maximum results and activities are delivered on time, within budget and with respective ROI.
Develop positive working relationships with key partners (agencies, suppliers, affinity partners) and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and achievement of objectives.
Plan, build and run temporary brand presences and test drive experiences.
Develops event ideas and concepts in order to enhance brand image, create visibility and position the client within the experiential area.
Working within budgets to deliver outstanding events and activities of the highest calibre.
Meeting all the regional requirements, including sales/prospecting – and finding the right compromise.
Support and assist regional teams with local activities and events by providing expert support and assistance.

What should you bring along?
Understanding of global and luxury brands
Understanding of regional variances (cultural differences, working ethics etc.)
Understanding of automotive industry, including dealer bodies
Understanding of creative processes including design, print and event execution
Excellent communication skills
Excellent budget planning and management skills, overseeing a number of different budget areas
Ability to multi task
Strategic planning skill set
Capable of working under pressure
Understanding of various areas of the business (including Sales Operations/CRM Management)
Sensitivity and diplomacy
