Your new role
This role will be working for my new client, who is a registered charity based in Walsingham. As their Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering large-scale events with a focus on logistics and safety. You’ll manage road closures, traffic flow, stewarding plans, and liaise with external agencies to ensure smooth operations. The role involves coordinating resources such as signage, barriers, and facilities, and ensuring the site is prepared before and reset after events.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in event coordination or logistical management at a similar scale.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage change and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to fiscal discipline.
  • Ability to plan systematically and maintain safety standards.
