Estimator – Fit-Out (Glasgow)

A well-established and highly reputable fit-out subcontractor based in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. With an excellent standing in the Scottish construction market, the business has built a strong portfolio of repeat clients and a reputation for quality delivery. Your new role
Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business. This is a highly visible position where your input will directly influence project success and strategic direction.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Managing the full tender process from enquiry through to submission
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
- Supporting the senior leadership team in securing new business
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven estimating experience within the fit-out sector
- Strong knowledge of the Scottish construction market
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
