Estates Works Supervisor, New Forest, 3 month contract, circa £22- £24 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

Your new role

Estates Works Supervisor working across the New Forest and surrounding areas is required to manage reactive maintenance across a diverse property portfolio, including offices, houses and works yards. This is a three month Contract with possibility of Temporary to Permanent.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in property and contract management, including supervising works on site
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Competency in IT packages (MS Office)
Ability to produce and review risk assessments and method statements
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The ideal candidate would additionally have:

Construction-related qualification (HNC or similar)
Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and statutory compliance
Experience with GIS software

What you'll get in return
