Estates Works Supervisor, New Forest, 3 month contract, circa £22- £24 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

Your new role

Estates Works Supervisor working across the New Forest and surrounding areas is required to manage reactive maintenance across a diverse property portfolio, including offices, houses and works yards. This is a three month Contract with possibility of Temporary to Permanent.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in property and contract management, including supervising works on site
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Competency in IT packages (MS Office)
  • Ability to produce and review risk assessments and method statements
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
The ideal candidate would additionally have:

  • Construction-related qualification (HNC or similar)
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and statutory compliance
  • Experience with GIS software
