3-month temporary contract for an Estate Surveyor

Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor looking for your next assignment? I have an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic property team on a short-term contract with potential for extension.

Your new role

You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, including industrial, commercial, and retail units ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. Key duties will include:
  • Lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Managing ground leases
  • Preparing and negotiating licences to alter and sub-let
  • Ensuring compliance and delivering the best value across the estate

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in estates management within the public or private sector
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of property law and commercial lease agreements
