Your New Role As a Site Support / Handyperson, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the site running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for escorting visitors and contractors, assisting engineers and project teams, and carrying out general maintenance tasks such as filter changes, basic decorating, and plant room housekeeping. If trained, you may also operate a forklift to move materials. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your contribution will be key to the site's daily operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
In this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and the ability to pass security clearance. You should have basic maintenance experience, be comfortable with practical work, and have a proactive, can-do attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Additional skills such as forklift operation, painting and decorating, health and safety awareness, or experience in trades like electrical, mechanical, or joinery are a bonus.
