ERP Business Analyst - 3-Month Contract – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - £450 Per Day

Your new company
Hays are supporting a global manufacturing and technology organisation. As part of the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the business is seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to support process improvement, user adoption and data quality initiatives.
Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales Operations, IT and Project teams, you will play a key role in optimising business processes, retraining users on best practice and ensuring the successful adoption of the new ERP platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment delivering multiple strategic projects, with some travel to Europe.

Your new role
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant or Business Analyst, with strong functional expertise across Inventory Management, Projects/Jobs, Purchasing and master data management.

In this role, you will support a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, acting as the functional lead across Inventory, Projects/Jobs, Purchasing and related finance processes. Working closely with users in Germany, alongside UK-based technical teams, Finance, Operations and Sales teams, you will play a key role in helping the business maximise the value of its recent Business Central implementation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be responsible for resolving functional issues, improving data quality, analysing existing business processes and recommending more efficient ways of working using standard Business Central functionality.
You will also facilitate workshops, support testing and user acceptance activities, produce functional documentation and deliver user training to improve adoption across the business.

German language skills are not required; however, the ability to build relationships with international teams and travel to Germany when needed is important.

What you'll get in return
This is a 3 month contract.
Paying £450 per day outside IR35
Flexible remote working with occasional travel to Germany
You'll join a global manufacturing organisation at a key stage of its Business Central transformation, with the opportunity to drive process improvements and system adoption across international teams.
