Interim HR Consultant – Complex ER Case (Immediate Start)
Location: Hybrid – Birmingham
Duration: 20–30 days over 2 months (non-continuous)
Day Rate: Circa £600/day (outside IR35 expected)
️ Interview Format: Microsoft Teams

We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team on an interim basis to lead and manage a complex Employee Relations (ER) case.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a thorough review and analysis of all data and correspondence related to a specific ER case.
  • Provide expert recommendations on how the investigation should progress.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a fair, compliant, and timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing complex ER cases independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly across a 2-month period (not necessarily full-time).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
