Environmental Advisor - £40,000 - Bristol - Infrastructure - Permanent

Your new role


You’ll be based from the Bristol office, reporting to the Environmental Manager. Main duties include…

  • Implementing ISO 14001 Management System
  • Implementing, monitoring and maintaining site water quality management arrangements
  • Ensuring cohesion with wider compliance requirements
  • Supporting and implementing CEMPs, SWMPs, environmental management plans and permitting procedures
  • Carrying out environmental monitoring for noise, dust, vibration, water sampling, etc.
  • Attending to team meetings
  • Carrying out environmental audits and inspections
  • Communicating with stakeholders and regulators


What you'll need to succeed


  • A degree in an environmental or related field
  • Experience with environmental management, including managing onsite environmental site inspections
  • Knowledge of water, dust, noise and waste implications on environmental projects
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
