Your new role
As a Junior PA, you will support the Property team with comprehensive administration. Duties will include:
- Coordinating fee earners’ diaries and responding to availability enquiries.
- Booking meetings with clients and contacts, liaising with internal staff and external clients on behalf of fee earners.
- Manage fee earners' email inboxes.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and documentation in line with company policy.
- Manage personal deadlines and those of your fee earners, adjusting priorities to meet changing needs.
- Updating client and contact details in our CMS/Marketing database.
- Set up new client matter files in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Complete pre-bills, and issue invoices to clients.
- You will also provide assistance within the firm as needed, foster effective working relationships with colleagues, seek training opportunities to enhance skills, and undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organisation skills.
- Experience within the legal/financial services industry is beneficial, but not essential.
