English Teacher Job

Start: September 2025
End: December 2025
Timetable: Full-time (including form tutor responsibilities)
Rate of Pay: MPS/UPS

We are working in partnership with an Ofsted ‘Good’ Secondary school in Nottingham who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time and long-term job.
To be successful in this job, you will have experience of teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4 in the last 2 years. Due to this being a long-term role, full teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking, will be required.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field
  • Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and 4
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
