Are you an inspiring English teacher looking for a part-time role in a supportive and well-regarded secondary school? At Hays Education, we’re working in partnership with a “Good” school in the Thornton-Cleveleys area to recruit a passionate and dedicated English specialist to join their team from January 2026.


The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with a strong English department
  • Inspire students to develop a love for literature and language

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
  • A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
