✨ Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join their dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality English lessons to students up to KS5, fostering a love for literature, language, and critical thinking. You will play a key role in inspiring students to express themselves confidently and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
•Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons across a range of texts and genres
•Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
•Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages discussion and creativity
•Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a focused and respectful learning space
•Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
•Contribute to literacy initiatives, reading clubs, and whole-school events

Requirements
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•A degree in English, English Literature, or a related field
•Experience teaching English at secondary school level (KS3–KS5)
•Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for literature and language
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
•Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
