Hays are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled English Language Teacher to join a vibrant Secondary School in Worthing. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about language, committed to high-quality teaching, and eager to help young people develop confidence and clarity in their communication.

As part of the English department, you will:

- Teach English Language across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
- Use assessment effectively to support progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Support literacy across the wider school.
- Participate in enrichment activities such as clubs, competitions, or trips.

- Uphold high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement.
