Your New Role

As the Engineering Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of day and shift engineers, ensuring all building systems and services are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll manage planned and reactive maintenance, prioritise statutory and mandatory tasks, and ensure all KPIs are met. This role demands a proactive leader who can balance hands-on technical work with strategic oversight in a fast-paced, critical setting.
What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
  • City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
  • HVAP qualification and relevant High Voltage experience.
  • IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal).
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification.
  • Strong background in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Experience working in critical environments (e.g., data centres).
  • Solid IT skills for accurate work documentation.
  • UK citizenship and eligibility for DV clearance.
  • Willingness to join a call-out rota.
Mechanical qualifications will also be considered if supported by relevant experience.
