New Opportunity - Engineering Manager (Remote Sites & Airport) - £55,000 - £60,000
Join our team as an Engineering Manager and play a vital role in maintaining the UK’s critical airspace infrastructure. You’ll lead the operational delivery of services across airport control towers and remote communications sites, managing a team of 25+ staff and subcontractors.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee maintenance and compliance across national infrastructure sites
- Manage KPIs, budgets, and contractor performance
- Lead audits and reporting across quality, H&S, and finance
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in project delivery and team leadership
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and Quality Management Systems
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
- Strong financial and operational management skills
