Exiting Job Opportunity - Engineering Manager @London

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality engineering and estates services. This role involves overseeing maintenance, compliance, and project delivery to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations in line with statutory and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering teams across hard FM services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safe systems of work.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle works, and emergency response.
  • Act as Lead Authorised Person for specified disciplines.
  • Develop strategic plans and risk management strategies for estate services.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and provide expert technical guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Facilities Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, IWFM).
  • Strong leadership experience in technical/FM roles, ideally in healthcare or public sector.
  • AP qualifications and knowledge of HTM standards preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and compliance management skills.
