Engagement Analyst
Your new company
A public sector organisation, based in Glasgow city centre, is now looking to recruit an engagement analyst to join their team. This role is offered on a guaranteed 6 month basis.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for members of the public who have enquiries about the schemes. These could come from new customers or existing members. These enquiries will be managed either by phone or email, and you will carry out all necessary administrative tasks to deal with each query. You will work as part of a larger team and will help and support colleagues where appropriate.
Your duties will include but not limited to:- Dealing with enquires by phone and email
- Liaising with other teams
- Managing own workload
- Deal with complaints and escalate complex cases
- Meeting KPIs
- Collaborate across teams
What you'll need to succeed
A demonstrated background in customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organise and reorganise a shifting workload
- Excellent IT skills
