This popular City firm is looking to hire a versatile energy/projects lawyer to advise clients on transactional, regulatory and commercial/contractual issues. Enjoy a varied caseload advising on heat networks and the new Ofgem regulations, structuring and procurement of ESCO arrangements, energy and customer supply agreements and PV and renewable energy projects. There is also the opportunity to get involved in commercial contracts and PFI/PPP contract work more generally.
