• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technical support or end-user services teams.
• Deep understanding of end-user support tools, technologies, and service delivery processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional IT support.
• A full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel across the force area when required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
