A FTSE 250 global professional services firm is seeking an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join the team. The company is a real market leader and pioneer in its industry and boasts an impressive record of operating in the global market.

Your new role

In your new role as an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you will be pivotal in assisting in leading and developing the employment tax offering across the business. You will work closely with the Director and other Senior Managers to drive the global employment tax strategy across the company, you will assist in advising the PLC board and have a real input into decisions across the group.

You will be given the opportunity to work autonomously and manage complex employment tax issues whilst working collaboratively with the UK team and overseas team as well as working with senior stakeholders across the globe.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this position, you will be CTA qualified with experience in either practice or in-house. You will be confident in managing complex employment tax assignments independently and will have the ability to present information back to senior stakeholders locally and internationally.
