Senior Employment Lawyer – Launch Partner or Legal Director
Are you a seasoned employment lawyer ready to take the lead in shaping a new chapter for the Sheffield office of this national commercial law firm? This is a rare opportunity to join as launch partner or legal director for Sheffield, driving the growth of a high-calibre employment law offering within a respected, forward-thinking practice.

The Role:
    • Lead and develop the employment law division from the ground up.
    • Advise high-profile corporate clients on complex employment matters.
    • Shape strategy, mentor a growing team, and influence firm-wide direction.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to expand the firm’s national footprint.
About You:
    • 7+ years’ PQE in employment law, ideally with a strong commercial client base or contacts in the local market.
    • Ability to network in the local market, attending key events within the South Yorkshire and North Derbs market.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and lead a practice area.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
