This employment paralegal position involves supporting a respondent‑focused caseload across both contentious and non‑contentious matters. Working with an impressive portfolio of employer clients, you can expect exposure to high‑quality work while developing long‑standing relationships with both businesses and individuals.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 12 months’ experience as an employment paralegal, ideally with exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious work. A strong academic background is essential, preferably supported by completion of the LPC or an equivalent qualification.
